Today my order from Titi + The German Kid arrived at my desk! Yay! I bought this amazing neon yellow braid necklace. Lately I am totally into statement jewelry. Ik ontdekte Titi + The German Kid op de Invasie in Gent. Het neon braid necklace stond er on display, maar overweldigd door al het creatieve moois om me heen vergat ik mij zowaar een exemplaar aan te schaffen. Gelukkig heeft elke zichzelf respecterende designer tegenwoordig een webshop!
I discovered the brand in Ghent, at an event for up and coming designers called 'The Invasion'. The neon braid necklace was on display there, but surrounded by lots and lots of creative prettyness I forgot to get one. Thank God for e-shops!

Titi is de nickname van de Hasseltse ontwerpster Kristien Follon. The German Kid verwijst dan weer naar haar inspiratiebron, haar muse (aldus TTGK's website). TTGK staat voor grappige kledingstukken en accessoires. Opvallend maar toch zeer draagbaar én -ook niet onbelangrijk- betaalbaar. Hieronder een aantal van mijn favoriete stukken.
Titi is designer Kristien Follon's nickname, The german kid is her inspiration, her muse. TTGK stands for funny pieces of clothing and accessories. Pretty bold but still wearable and affordable. You'll find some of my favourite pieces below.
